We built this horse barn for the draft animal management program at Sterling College, a hands-on school in Craftsbury, Vermont. We co-designed with the director to incorporate everyday animal’s needs with functionality for the student curriculum. The resulting rugged utilitarian structure with vernacular aesthetics is a key feature of the scenic campus.
